Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and organized environment.
Handle communications with parents, staff, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
Maintain and update records, schedules, and calendars. Prepare, issue, and track invoices for tuition fees and other payments.
Assist with fee collection and reconciliation, ensuring timely follow-ups on pending payments.
Support staff with administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
Assist management in organizing events, meetings, and other nursery activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in office administration, finance support, or related roles.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and basic accounting tools.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with parents, staff, and vendors.
Experience in fee collection, invoicing, or financial administration is preferred.
Prior experience in early childhood education or a nursery setting is an advantage.
