Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations including visitor handling, calls, and correspondence.
- Oversee end-to-end facility and office administration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery.
- Supervise housekeeping and office maintenance to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Support event coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain records for inventory, asset management, and petty cash.
- Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth administrative flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in office administration (preferably in Dubai or GCC).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
