As a Digital Utilities Offering Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and growth of Eaton s digital solutions portfolio for utility clients. This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility, where you ll combine deep industry insight with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving market needs.

What You ll Do

  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Lead the digital utilities offering strategy, identifying market trends and growth opportunities to ensure competitive positioning and long-term success.
  • Own the Portfolio: Manage the full lifecycle of digital utility solutions from roadmap to revenue leveraging technologies like IoT, AI/ML, and cloud computing.
  • Champion Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to bring new ideas to life, ensuring offerings align with customer needs and market demands.
  • Deliver Commercial Excellence: Develop compelling value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and profitability.
  • Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with utility clients, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that make a difference.
  • Lead Cross-functional Teams: Coordinate with global and regional teams across sales, marketing, product development, and delivery to ensure seamless execution.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or business development
  • Deep understanding of utility industry trends, challenges, and regulatory environment
  • Proven success in P&L ownership and business growth in the utilities sector
  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies (Smart Grid, AMI, DERMS, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry standards (IEC104, 61850)
