Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow a portfolio of off-plan property listings from leading developers.
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities, ROI, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Stay updated with new launches, project updates, and developer incentives.
  • Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism.
  • Mentor junior agents and contribute to team success and knowledge sharing.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience in off-plan sales (UAE market preferred)
  • Strong network of investors or end users
  • Confident, driven & goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • RERA certified (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent knowledge of developers like Emaar, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, and more.
  • Driven, results-oriented, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
