A Nursery Teacher plays a crucial role in the early educational development of young children. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment for all children.
• Observe and assess individual children s growth and development regularly.
• Use creative and interactive methods to teach basic skills like numbers and letters.

• Document and report children's progress to parents and school administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for early childhood education.
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Ability to develop creative and engaging educational activities for children.
• Understanding of child development principles and early learning pedagogy.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards teaching young learners.
