Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of preparing authentic North Indian and Arabic dishes, ensuring consistent flavor profiles and presentation.
  • Expertly handle tandoor ovens, understanding temperature control and grilling techniques for perfect kebabs and breads.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of spice blends, accurately measuring and combining them for signature dishes.
  • Manage and control food inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen specializing in North Indian and Arabic cuisine.
  • Holds certifications in food safety and hygiene.
  • Exhibits proficiency in using tandoor ovens, specialized cooking equipment, and kitchen tools.
