Role: NOC Coordinator

Alghanim International is hiring an experienced NOC Coordinator to join our team for one of our major building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling authority approvals, documentation, and coordination with all relevant government entities in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and coordinate all NOC (No Objection Certificate) processes for the project.

-Liaise with Dubai authorities (DEWA, RTA, DM, DDA, Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, etc.) to obtain required permits and approvals.

-Prepare, review, and submit technical documents, drawings, and applications for approvals.

-Follow up on submissions to ensure timely issuance of NOCs.

-Maintain accurate records of all NOC-related documentation and correspondence.

-Coordinate internally with engineering, planning, and construction teams to ensure compliance with authority requirements.

-Provide updates on approval timelines and highlight risks that may impact project progress.

Requirements :

-10+ years of experience as an NOC Coordinator in the UAE (mandatory).

-Strong knowledge of authority approval processes for building projects.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills.

-Ability to manage multiple submissions and follow up across several authorities.

-Familiarity with drawings, permit requirements, and technical documentation.

-Experience working on mega or large-scale projects is an advantage.
