Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leads and controls all night-shift fabrication and construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets as per Lamprell policies and project specifications.
• Enforces HSES standards, conducts toolbox talks and night inspections, and ensures full permit-to-work compliance. Plans and executes look-ahead work, allocates manpower and equipment, coordinates multi-discipline tasks, and clears constraints to maintain progress against the production schedule.
• Ensures adherence to ITPs and work packs, manages RFIs/NCRs, drives first-time-right execution, and expedites punch closure to mechanical completion. Monitors crew productivity, man-hours, consumables, and supports critical lifts and activities per approved method statements and lifting plans.
• Interfaces with day-shift leadership, planning, engineering, QC, HSE, logistics, and warehouse to resolve issues and maintain material readiness.
• Provides accurate night-shift progress updates, delay notifications, and reforecast inputs, while mentoring supervisors/foremen and maintaining workforce discipline and welfare standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10+ years in yard-based Oil & Gas fabrication/construction with 3–5 years in a superintendent or equivalent lead role on large EPC/EPCI projects.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering or relevant trade background; safety certifications (PTW, confined space, rigging awareness; offshore survival if applicable).
