As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, you will oversee the overall operations and management of the Network Operations Center. Your primary goal will be to ensure the continuous monitoring, management, and maintenance of network infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance. You will lead a team of professionals, driving proactive measures to enhance network uptime and reliability. You will be responsible for resolving network issues expeditiously and minimizing downtime, while also contributing to strategy development for technology solutions that advance the organization s business objectives. Your role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders' expectations, and implement best practices in network operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Network Operations Center.
• Lead and mentor a team of NOC technicians and network professionals effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain high network availability.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of network-related issues.
• Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for network incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive network solutions.
• Monitor network performance and create detailed reports on system performance.
• Analyze system performance data to optimize existing network operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Provide periodic training to staff on new technologies and operational procedures.
• Develop operational budgets and manage expenses to stay within approved limits.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in network operations management roles.
• Proven leadership skills with an ability to manage team of professionals.
• Strong knowledge in network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for network troubleshooting.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and software applications.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment efficiently.
