Roles & Responsibilities

� We’re Hiring – National Sales Manager (FMCG – Food Distribution | UAE)

A leading FMCG Food Distribution Company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations.

  • Lead sales strategy and execution across all UAE markets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, and other major retail giants.
  • Take full responsibility for division GP & NP performance.
  • Manage and mentor the national sales team to deliver growth targets.
  • Report directly to the General Manager and contribute to strategic planning

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of proven experience in FMCG sales in the UAE.
  • Strong network and established relationships with modern trade key accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
