HVAC and Mechanical:

• Operate and maintain chiller and chilled water pumps daily.
• install and repair HVAC systems including Multi-system, DX Unit, Chiller type AC, FCU, FAHU, AHU, and Split units.
• Perform gas charging, compressor replacement, and AC leakage rectification.
• Maintain air filters, drain pipes, and insulation for chilled water pipes.

Electrical and Power:

• Maintain LV panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, and capacitor Banks.
• Diagnose malfunctions, power, tripping, and outages.
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, emergency lighting, and diesel generators.

Plumbing and General:

• Maintain Water tanks, booster pumps, fire pumps, and sump pits.
• Diagnose drainage leakages and blockages.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, and gypsum repairs.
• Manage general repairs like locks, doors, windows, and light bulbs

Electrical and safety;

• Identify energy inefficiencies during equipment servicing.
• Maintain all tools in safe and clean condition
