Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops, translating business needs into actionable Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations and customizations.
  • Design and configure Business Central modules like Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with developers on custom code, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting complex issues, and training end-users on Business Central functionalities.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimized solutions within Business Central.
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Stay current with the latest Business Central updates, features, and industry best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Exhibits strong experience in the Trading, Manufacturing, Distribution, with proven success in these sectors.
  • Has a strong understanding of core business processes, including financial accounting, supply chain management,Quality and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to mentor others.
