Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidate should be adept in handling insurance company portals to make their own Motor Quotations and should be capable of end-to-end handling the client.
- Leverage your own client portfolio. You have the liberty to cross-sell other lines of business as well.
- Utilize website enquiry leads in converting maximum cases. Provide expert advice on motor insurance products and services to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Update all website lead enquiries on our CRM. Leads should be worked with utmost priority as soon as the lead is allocated.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer consultations, policy purchases, and follow-ups on CRM.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Deliver exceptional post-sale support and service to enhance client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in motor insurance sales, with an established client portfolio.
- Background in insurance, banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with effective time management.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Familiarity with the Dubai insurance market and regulatory requirements is a must.
