Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality motion graphics for marketing videos, digital platforms, presentations, and brand campaigns.
- Animate architectural concepts, masterplans, infographics, brand stories, and promotional visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, and creative teams to ensure alignment with Sobha Realty’s brand standards.
- Edit video footage and integrate motion typography, transitions, visual effects, and sound elements.
- Maintain consistency in visual language and quality across all motion design assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight timelines.
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, composition, timing, and typography.
- Proven experience creating content for digital marketing, social media, and premium brand environments.
- Experience with a real estate developer or within an architectural design studio is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with architectural visualization and spatial storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating high-end motion design and visual storytelling aligned with premium branding.
