Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in modern trade channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Union Coop, etc.)
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and visibility agreements in line with business objectives.
  • Track sales performance, share market intelligence, and report on competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with trade terms, contracts, and in-store execution standards.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and marketing teams for smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience in modern trade within the UAE.
  • Strong relationships with major modern trade retailers and buyers in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
