Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, knowledgeable, and personalized beverage service.
• Create and serve a range of high-quality cocktails, combining classic techniques with modern mixology.
• Ensure the bar is well-prepared and organized, including fresh ingredients, garnishes, and premium spirits.
• Upholding the hygiene and safety protocols.
• Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth, efficient bar operations.
• Contribute to the development of cocktail menus and beverage offerings that reflect current trends and guest preferences.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bartending or mixology role, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural flair for making guests feel at home.
• A strong foundation in mixology, spirits, and a keen eye on global beverage trends.
• Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume service.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
