Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Handle all post-contract activities including progress valuation, variations, and final accounts. Prepare and certify subcontractor payments. Track and control project costs and cash flow. Support claims preparation and contract administration. Coordinate with site and project teams for accurate cost reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 5–9 years of MEP post-contract experience in the GCC (UAE preferred). Strong knowledge of MEP systems and contractual procedures. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS tools. Must be currently in Dubai and available to join immediately.
