Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage contractual aspect of M&E packages.
• Support assessment and procurement of M&E contractors and suppliers, including tender analysis, scope review
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance.
• Monitor site activities, progress, prepare reports and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare regular progress reports, site documentation, and update project stakeholders.
• Support project management team in planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors for procurement and timely material delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering from a recognized university.
• 7 – 9 years of proven experience as a Project Engineer in interior fit out projects, preferably luxury residential & office properties
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in handling site operations and technical supervision.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
