Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

JD – Scope & Deliverables: -

  • Scope: On-site MEP supervision, coordination with civil/fit-out, contractors and authorities; review of drawings/shop drawings; method statements; snagging/rectification; testing & commissioning; as-built documentation; handover packs.

Key Tasks:

    • Verify MEP works against design, codes, and HSE requirements.
    • Coordinate utilities (power, lighting, small power, HVAC load, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, fire alarm/fighting) for dark-store operations.
    • Manage RFIs, site instructions, and progress reports; track snags to closure.
    • Support authority interface (DEWA/SEWA/FEWA/ADD, Civil Defense, Municipality) as needed.
    • Ensure T&C and handover documentation meet operational readiness dates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements: -

  • Experience: ≥ 5 years UAE MEP site experience (mandatory) with authority processes and local codes.
  • Language: Arabic preferred; Strong English required.
  • Qualification: BSc/BEng in Mechanical/Electrical/MEP (attested).
  • Compliance: Familiar with UAE fire/life safety codes, NFPA/ASHRAE/BS standards.
  • Mobility: UAE driving license preferred; able to travel between emirates.
