Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct MEP subcontractors / MEP in-house team from the time of contract award to the project’s completion.
- Check shop drawings and ensure the same in line with the tender requirements
- Preparation and submission of the material submittal in line with the specification
- Provide the work schedule for the day-to-day activities at site
- Make sure the material utilization in line with the tender quantity
- Day-to-day coordination with other trade(Civil/ Arch/Joinery)
- Ensuring the work is completed in line with the project specification/method statement
- Ensuring the submission and approval of the WIR/MIR
- Participate in weekly meetings with subcontractors and the project team
- Ensuring the project work completion, including NCR closing and the Closeout document as per the requirements of the project
