Roles & Responsibilities


We are looking for an MEP Draftsman to join our team for 1 month contract period, with an option to make it permanent later


  • Develop High-Quality Drawings: Prepare accurate and detailed MEP Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for landscaping, irrigation, swimming pools, and water feature projects (Civil & MEP), ensuring compliance with international drafting standards.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with the Design Manager to transform rough sketches, concepts, and specifications into fully developed technical drawings and design development plans.
  • Review and Revise: Analyze sketches, project specifications, and related technical data to ensure feasibility and compliance with project objectives. Revise and enhance drawings to reflect project updates and changes.
  • Submittal Preparation: Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of technical submittals, ensuring they meet client and consultant requirements.
  • Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct precise quantity take-offs and material estimations for project components to support procurement and planning activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency and quality across all drawings, adhering to international standards, company protocols, and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in drafting MEP systems within the Landscaping, Construction, or Infrastructure industries, with a proven track record in swimming pools, irrigation, and water feature projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is a must. Familiarity with Revit, or other design software is an added advantage.
  • Site Exposure: Strong background in site-related activities, including coordination, inspections, and resolving on-site challenges related to design changes or discrepancies.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination abilities to manage tasks across departments effectively.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is preferred. Certification in MEP drafting is an advantage.
