Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Diploma not accepted due to licensing regulations)
• Training and professional experience from the UK, Europe, Australasia, or North America
• Proven leadership experience in inpatient medical and/or surgical nursing management
• Strong people management, operational and communication skills
