Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to urology doctors, wellness centers, physiotherapy clinics, and pharmacies to promote Prostherma and other company products. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Drive sales by demonstrating the value and clinical benefits of Prostherma to both doctors and patients. Organize and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions. Achieve monthly sales targets and report market insights to management. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential outlets. Ensure effective distribution of promotional materials (brochures, samples, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical sales (urology, physiotherapy, or medical devices preferred). Strong network with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory). Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
