Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In charge of all breakdown and preventive maintenance for Mechanical related concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Male candidate with a background in Mechanical Technology or related technical field
  • 2–3 years of work experience in a manufacturing or metal processing environment
  • Technical diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent training in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology
  • Proven experience performing emergency breakdown repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery
  • Hands-on knowledge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment such as:
    Press machines
    Compound lining machines
    Conveying systems
    Industrial oven dryers
  • Strong ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, machine layouts, and equipment manuals
  • Skilled in using machine shop tools and fabrication equipment:
    Lathes
    Milling machines
    Welders
    Cutting and grinding tools
  • Ability to fabricate and modify machine parts when required
