Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet precise specifications and industry standards.

  • Conduct simulations and mechanical drawings using CAD software to predict system performance and optimize designs effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical engineers and product managers, to integrate mechanical designs into submittals .

  • Oversee the prototyping and testing of mechanical components, iterating designs based on empirical data and user feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification in relevant engineering disciplines is highly desirable.

  • Experience with advanced CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) is essential and mandatory .
