Mechanical Engineer RTS

� MEP Mechanical Engineer – Intermediate Level (Warehouse Projects) Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 1–2 years (MEP + Industrial/Warehouse experience preferred) Key Responsibilities Supervise and support mechanical works on warehouse projects (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, firefighting). Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and material submittals. Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural teams for site execution. Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with Dubai codes (Dubai Civil Defense, DM, DEWA). Prepare daily/weekly reports, snag lists, and documentation. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution. Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in MEP contracting (warehouse/industrial projects preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC design, load calculation, ducting, chilled water/split AC systems. Experience in firefighting & plumbing (pumps, piping, drainage). Good understanding of UAE standards & approvals (DCD, DM, Trakhees, etc.). AutoCAD skills; Revit knowledge is added advantage. Strong site supervision and coordination ability. Good communication and reporting skills.
