Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Mathematics within the French Curriculum and be fluent in French.

Missions

The teacher will have to contribute to the objectives set by the LLFPM and in particular to provide a humanistic education based on excellence, respect, quit, cultural openness and the ability to think for oneself and distinguish oneself from others.

Through the teachings it promotes, it promotes the spirit of responsibility and the search for the common good by excluding all forms of discrimination, harassment, violence and cyber violence.

Main

activities

  • To ensure the teaching of the discipline for which he is responsible in accordance with the official programs of the French National Education, by ensuring the pedagogical coherence and updating of practices according to the ministerial guidelines and local requirements specified by the KHDA.
  • Develop progressions, programming, and sequence plans to take into account the diversity of students and challenge them.
  • Adapt teaching to the specific needs of the students and to the cultural particularities of the local context.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, identify their needs and propose pedagogical adjustments according to the difficulties encountered.
  • Actively collaborate with teachers at the cycle, level and school levels to ensure continuity and coherence of learning.
  • Contribute to the implementation of projects that are part of the teaching programmes and are directly linked to the school project.

Skills Required

  • Mastery of national education programmes and adaptation to different audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to the pedagogical functioning of the school and a culturally and regulatorically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Clear and effective communication with students, parents and other members of the education team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and to the integration of pedagogical innovations in the service of learning.
