Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and forecast physical material stock availability and consumption to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize shortages or excess, and support uninterrupted production operations.

Monitor and track raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure accurate consumption and stock availability.

Oversee and reconcile positive and negative inventory variances of Work-in-Progress (WIP) stock, ensuring timely and accurate inventory adjustments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 2 years of experience in production material planning or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of UAE-based work experience in production as Material Planner.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, to effectively manage inventory and planning processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially for multinational companies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a proven track record of problem-solving in dynamic Production environments.
  • Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
