Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop new materials by conducting experiments and testing their properties to meet specific project requirements.
- Analyze material performance under various conditions, using advanced techniques like spectroscopy and microscopy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material solutions into product designs, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Conduct failure analysis on materials to determine the root cause of issues and recommend improvements or alternatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred for specialized roles.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in materials engineering, particularly in sectors like aerospace, automotive, or electronics.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Materials Engineer (CME), to demonstrate validated expertise in the field.
- Experience in research and development environments, showcasing a strong ability to innovate and problem-solve.
