Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
Lead and manage a large team of Chefs and kitchen staffs
Plan menus, ensure consistent food quality, and control costs
Supervise large-scale food preparation and production
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance with standards
Ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Head Chef /CDP or Master Cook
Experience handling large food production operations
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Good communication in English & Hindi
Flexibility with work hours and shifts
