Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee RSL’s sales and marketing functions with full responsibility for revenue strategy, business development, and client relationship management. This role requires a proven record in high-value B2B sales, strong marketing acumen, and the ability to lead teams while shaping strategy in the UAE’s competitive transport and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets, including multi-million dirham contracts.
• Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close opportunities across corporate, aviation, hospitality, and government sectors.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain C-level relationships, lead complex contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Marketing Management: Design and implement campaigns that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support sales initiatives.
• Brand Awareness: Design innovative marketing initiatives to position RSL as the preferred premium transportation provider.
• Content Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage customer engagement using CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales and marketing team, driving performance and fostering a results-oriented culture.
• Market Intelligence: Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, analyze market trends, and refine commercial strategy to maintain competitive advantage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and executive leadership to align commercial goals with business strategy.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results.
