Roles & Responsibilities


• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for off-plan real estate projects.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and provide regular performance reports.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity, corporate communications, and public relations.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and property launches.
• Manage social media strategy and execution, including content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analytics to support marketing and sales objectives.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to continuously optimize campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a leading real estate developer. The role focuses on brand growth, digital marketing, lead generation, and ensuring the successful promotion of our off-plan projects. Responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s brand presence, drive qualified leads, and support the achievement of sales and business objectives. This role oversees all marketing, digital, and communications functions for a leading real estate developer, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns, sales goals, and corporate vision. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in UAE real estate marketing, digital performance marketing, and brand management.
