Roles & Responsibilities

br> Where You ll Make a Difference

  • Define and implement Value to Market Marketing Strategy aligned with specific account or commercial strategy

  • Identify customer opportunities. Drive white space analysis and build actionable insights

  • Build inspirational and impactful client presentations, organize workshops and inspirational events translating into customer brand implications and/or business opportunities

  • Generate new business opportunities by building differentiating value propositions for an IFF product offering targeting a specific customer, brand or region

  • Establish a regular connection with the Global Category Marketing, share knowledge, insights and best practices. Drive efficiencies and improve ways of working

  • Improve operational efficiency and quality

  • University Degree or equivalent

  • Solid experience (6+ years), preferably in the Fragrance Industry or in related industries on the supplier or customer side

  • Proven ability to lead by influence and motivate multicultural and cross functional teams

  • Ability to translate stakeholders requirements into effective strategies and actions

  • Thrive and foster cross-functional and cross-division collaboration with relevant stakeholders

  • Ability to structure processes with demonstrated project management skills

  • Fluent in both Arabic & English
