We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s not just good at marketing, but passionate about changing the way marketing works, challenge the status quo and bring in trendy marketing campaigns. You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team connecting inclusive employers with exceptional candidates. This role involves social media campaigns, B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, Social Media employer branding, audience engagement, event hosting and planning and championing diversity in every conversation.

� Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns promoting diversity-focused hiring solutions.
• Manage social media channels to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Plan, run, and monitor Google Ads, PPC, and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content to highlight inclusive employer stories and opportunities.
• Coordinate and host diversity-focused networking events, webinars, and panels.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Maintain high level of professionalism and corporate communication standards as this role reports to the Founder.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with diversity goals.
