Marketing Executive The First Group

The First Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns for both hospitality and real estate sectors.
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties and projects to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to design and implement strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in both the hospitality and real estate markets.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, media, and industry influencersPlan and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote The First Group s hospitality and real estate offerings.
