Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.
  • Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates that are responsive across devices and browsers.
  • Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
  • Stay updated with the industry trends and the best practices in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute marketing communications plans. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential media partners. Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, graphic, operations etc) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Effectively manage project timelines, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, displaying self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure smooth onsite event management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 -3 years of experience as an email marketer or a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-starter with proactive nature, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly collaborative
