Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, showcasing a track record of successful campaigns.

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred for expertise in online strategies.

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments, highlighting adaptability to different target audiences.

  • Experience in running campaigns in the U.A.E. real estate market.
