Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing and business plans.
Propose strategies related to advertising, sales promotions, and public relations.
Develop marketing presentations and media plans for new products and brands.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, SMME, and agencies for advertising artwork and media schedules.
Ensure the execution of advertising campaigns as per agreed terms.
Monitor advertising inputs from showrooms and generate reports.
Events & Sponsorships:
Organize and manage marketing activities and special events, including car launches, mall displays, and product placements.
Review and recommend sponsorships and business collaborations.
Coordinate with hotels and venues for event organization.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct daily media monitoring and reporting.
Prepare and circulate competitive analysis of offers and pricing.
Explore PR and influencer marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
Manage social media presence and conduct online reviews.
Work with the team to create engaging digital content and campaigns.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
Record and maintain meeting minutes for marketing discussions.
Assist showroom teams with display materials, posters, and branding needs.
Track and maintain records of promotional gift items.
Prepare supporting documents for supplier claims and maintain supplier contacts.
Ensure brand Corporate Identity (CI) is consistently maintained across all outlets.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager, SMME Marketing, and showroom teams to ensure the success of upcoming campaigns and events.
Provide assistance in preparing vehicle specifications for showroom sales teams.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event management, preferably within the UAE.
Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of marketing principles, social media, and event planning. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
