Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marine Foreman to oversee and supervise marine construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in marine construction and hold a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for marine construction projects, including piling, quay walls, jetties, breakwaters, dredging, and related works.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead and guide site teams, subcontractors, and workers to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor material, equipment, and manpower requirements, ensuring timely availability on site.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to the Project Engineer / Site Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marine construction projects within the UAE.
  • Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil, Marine, or Construction Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
