Electrical background

Working experience in assembly and disassemble of electrical parts

Experience in SHIP BUILDING company advantage

 Scope of Work:

• Spreaders need to wash (including drop cable basket)
• All sensors and cables need to inspect based on the standard sensitivity range, replace if necessary.
• Sensor sensing area, re-adjustment required according to OEM setting.
• Both twist lock motors need to check (windings).
• Mechanical side to check twist lock brake setting and twist lock tie rod arrangements.
• Mechanical side need to inspect Sliding pads and telescopic chain.
• Lubrication all point which ever require and necessary.
• Spreader control panel (cubical relay and bases to check, control wirings to re-arrange, e-stop and isolator switch to check).
• Lasstec control panel to check and arrangements of control wirings required (all FO cable connection need to remove and clean).
• To check Twist lock FO cables.
• Need to provide indication lamps for lock/unlock and landing signals on spreader (if cost is approved)
• Greasing of telescopic beams.
• Functional test
