We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all procurement and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of sourcing construction-related materials, vendor management, and contract negotiation. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify reliable suppliers and vendors for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
• Manage the procurement team, assigning tasks and supervising performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand for materials and equipment.
• Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or disputes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in the construction or engineering sector is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE/local market suppliers, materials, and logistics.
• Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
