• Responsible for the overall costing & budgeting of the projects.

• Costing and budgeting for projects, stating with establishing project cost budget.

• Preparing target bill of quantities.

• Guiding and assisting site teams/area managers for cost related matters.

• Suggesting corrective cost controlling methods to top management and Project Team.

• Highlighting critical items/ materials to Purchase department / Procurement Department.

• Working out budget break ups for variations.

• Providing various cost reports to the Management.

• Providing Cost Analysis (by Earned Value Management) report on monthly basis to management.

• Providing project wise Cost At Completion to Accounts department.

• Submitting any other cost reports required by management.

• Configuration (Cost Coding) on ERP system.

• Managing all Masters (Prime Activity / Material/Trade/Plant) in ERP system.

• To finalize budgets.

• Finalize cost value reconciliation at project Completion
