Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by building a strong sales pipeline and meeting sales targets
Sell retail media solutions across digital, in store, and omni channel platforms
Identify new business opportunities and manage campaigns from planning to delivery
Maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies and align with their marketing plans
Work with ad operations and commercial teams to ensure accurate campaign execution
Track campaign performance and share clear reports with partners
Support people processes including setting objectives and monitoring performance
Identify training needs and contribute to manpower planning
Ensure compliance with company policies
Support the development of new media products and commercial opportunities
Ideal Profile
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; master s degree is preferred
Five or more years of experience in client management and digital or media sales
Strong background in account management and digital advertising
Experience with display, audience targeting, and media solutions
Good communication, analytical, and negotiation abilities
Able to interpret campaign data and provide useful insights
Motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Strong consultative selling skills and a focused work attitude
