Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently hiring experienced Male Security Guards who are fluent in Arabic and English, and hold a valid SIRA license. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property.

  • Monitor and control access to the premises

  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security

  • Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and effectively

  • Report any suspicious activities or security breaches

  • Assist in emergency situations (e.g. fire, evacuation)

  • Maintain logs and prepare security reports

  • Interact professionally with visitors, staff, and management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Male candidate

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

  • Valid SIRA Certificate (mandatory)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a security guard in the UAE

  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

  • Clean criminal record

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Flexible to work in shifts (day/night/weekends/holidays)
