Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct daily inspections of games, bowling lanes, and venue facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan. Respond promptly to breakdowns and malfunctions, troubleshooting and resolving issues on the spot. Repair or replace faulty components for gaming machines, bowling systems, AV equipment, and venue infrastructure. Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies in an organized, service-ready condition. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or servicing as directed. Keep accurate maintenance records, including completed work, parts used, and outstanding issues. Ensure all maintenance work complies with company procedures and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements. Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new games, systems, or venue equipment. Support venue teams during events by ensuring all technical systems run smoothly. Maintain compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements. Perform general upkeep and manual repairs, including painting, carpentry, landscaping, and lock systems. Inspect and maintain alarm and safety systems, including fire protection and gas detection equipment. Ensure all equipment manuals and catalogues (physical and electronic) are updated and available for reference. Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and AV systems.
  • Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in maintenance reporting systems and basic computer applications.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual maintenance tasks when required.
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
