Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring daily tasks and work orders are completed effectively, safely, and on time.

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work for games, bowling lanes, and venue facilities.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of faulty components for gaming machines, bowling systems, AV equipment, and venue infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper care, organization, and availability of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Review and approve maintenance logs, records, and reports of completed and outstanding work.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, servicing, or installation projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Provide input on maintenance costs, spare parts usage, and equipment lifecycle to support budget planning.
  • Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new games, systems, or venue equipment.
  • Train, coach, and guide technicians to improve technical knowledge, safety practices, and performance.
  • Collaborate with venue teams to ensure all technical systems run smoothly during events and peak operating periods.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and local regulations.
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, and AV systems.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Proficient in maintenance reporting systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual maintenance tasks when required.
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage.
