The role of a Maintenance Manager is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of facilities, machinery, and systems within an organization. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and staff effectively.

• Coordinate regular inspections to identify existing and potential maintenance issues.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and completed repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven supervisory ability.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems diagnostics.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and computer systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance for maintenance operations.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance budgets and resource allocation.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues promptly.
