Are you a proactive Maintenance Engineer with a passion for optimizing equipment reliability and performance? KILONEWTONS is seeking a skilled professional to lead our maintenance operations in Dubai. If you have 5+ years of experience in preventive maintenance and asset management, we want you to drive our maintenance strategy to world-class standards!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance Strategy: Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Equipment Reliability: Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• CMMS Management: Overseeing the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring accurate data entry and generating performance reports.
• Technical Support: Providing engineering support for troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inventory Control: Managing spare parts inventory, optimizing stock levels, and coordinating with procurement for critical spares.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work and compliance with safety standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and energy efficiency enhancements.

Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in facility management or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of:
  
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Reliability-centered maintenance principles
  • Mechanical and electrical systems
  • HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
• Expert Proficiency in the following software is ESSENTIAL:
  
  • CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel for data analysis)
  • AutoCAD for reading and modifying technical drawings
  • PLC basic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills in English
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
