Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop advanced neural-network and pattern-recognition architectures for real-time applications
Build and optimize real-time inference pipelines for ultra-low latency performance
Design, train, and deploy PyTorch-based models in production environments
Engineer ASR, TTS, and LP components capable of millisecond responsiveness
Collaborate closely with high-velocity product, data, and engineering teams
Analyze large-scale datasets to drive continuous model improvement and innovation
Push boundaries in model compression, performance engineering, and scalable ML infrastructure
Stay ahead of breakthroughs in deep learning, speech models, and real-time inference technologies
Technical Skills
Strong fundamentals in computer science, algorithms, and data structures
Deep understanding of neural networks, pattern recognition, and mathematical modeling
Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production
Strong proficiency in Python (R or Java is a plus)
Hands-on expertise in PyTorch
Experience with ASR, TTS, LP, or real-time speech-driven systems
Solid statistical grounding
Experience with large-scale data processing or distributed compute frameworks (preferred)
Experience with cloud-based MLOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP) (preferred)
Language Proficiency
Professional proficiency in English is required
Desired Candidate Profile
Master s or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, or Computer Science (preferred)
