Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Logistic Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of contracts, logistics activities, and facility operations to ensure smooth supply chain processes, optimal resources utilization, and compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, Organize, and logistics operations including transportation and distribution.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of the fleet to meet business needs.
  • Implement cost control strategies to optimize fuel, maintenance, and route expenses.
  • Construction equipment rental daily, weekly and monthly as per operational requirements.
  • Rental documents need to review as per QHSE policy and requirement to meet.
  • Maintain accurate records of driver hours, vehicle logs, and transport-related documentation
  • Clear Communication skills

  • Good Knowledge in Garage spare parts and technical work
  • Monitor the vehicle renewal as per schedule
  • Good Knowledge in zone wise trip analysis
  • Monitor day to day activity
  • Good relation and clear communication with operation and drivers
  • Generate regular reports for management on transport activities, expenses and improvements.
  • Maintaining AMC Service and monitor the record
